*Free shipping for purchases of 9,900 yen or more
*Delivery date can be specified from 5 to 15 days after the order date
*Depending on the delivery area, it may be delivered by Yu-Pack. The shipping fee borne by the customer will not change. Please understand in advance.
Japan Post Letter Pack Light
- It will be delivered to the mailbox of the delivery address. It is not handed over by the delivery person.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
- Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- It may take a few more days during busy periods.
- If it doesn't fit in the mailbox, it will be returned to the post office that delivers it after inserting a delivery notice.
- In the event of an accident, theft, loss, or damage, neither our store nor Japan Post will compensate for damages such as refunding the product price.
- If you cannot accept the above, please use Sagawa Express.
