Returns and Exchanges

In principle, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective products or incorrect shipments.

We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if the product falls under any of the following categories:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Delivery of the wrong product
  • Damage during shipping

How to request a return or exchange

Please contact us first.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number. For defective or damaged items, please attach photos.

Please note the following instructions when returning items:

  • Please return the product in the same condition as when you received it.
  • When returning items, please include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed 1 to 2 weeks after the returned product arrives at our warehouse in Japan.
*If you paid by credit card, the timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank.

Important Notes Regarding Customs Duties and Consumption Tax (DDP)

If a return is required due to local regulations or refusal of delivery, standard return conditions apply, and relevant shipping and import costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
*If you return an item for personal reasons or refuse delivery, standard return conditions apply. In such cases, the costs incurred for the return and import will be deducted from the refund.

For a better shopping experience, please check the following:

  • Check product details: Please carefully review the product dimensions, specifications, and descriptions in advance.
  • Color appearance: While we strive to make product photos as accurate as possible, the colors may appear different depending on your monitor settings or lighting.
  • Material characteristics: Due to the nature of polyester and nylon materials, some wrinkles may be visible upon delivery, and there may be slight individual differences in sewing.
  • Measurement errors: The listed sizes are for reference only. Due to the three-dimensional nature of the products, there may be slight discrepancies from the actual product.
  • Damage to exterior packaging: Please note that international shipping may cause some damage to packaging boxes or bags; however, we ask for your understanding if there is no impact on the product itself.
