Payment
How can I pay?
- Credit card (payment is finalized when the order is placed)
- Cash on delivery via Sagawa Express e-Collect service (please pay the delivery person in cash upon product arrival)
Shipping
What's the shipping company?
We use Sagawa Express and Japan Post. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
We will ship your order within 4-7 days of the order acceptance date. (If it will take longer than this, we will notify you separately.)
It usually takes 4-7 days for your order to be delivered after you receive the "shipping confirmation email."

My order has not arrived.
If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us here.
Is gift wrapping available?
If you would like gift wrapping, please enter it in the comments section when placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange the item?
Upon arrival of your order, please check to ensure there are no defects and that the items match your order. Should there be any issues, please contact us at info@makeartyourzoo.jp within 7 days of delivery.
