Fees other than the product price:
In addition to the product price, consumption tax, shipping fees, and cash-on-delivery (COD) fees will be charged. 
You may use cash-on-delivery via the Sagawa Express e-Collect service. (Fees are to be borne by the customer)

COD fees: 330 yen for orders up to 10,000 yen, 440 yen for up to 30,000 yen, 660 yen for up to 100,000 yen, and 1,100 yen for up to 300,000 yen.
* The total purchase amount displayed on the checkout screen does not include COD fees.

Payment methods and payment timing:
• Credit card (Payment is confirmed at the time of ordering)
• Cash-on-delivery via Sagawa Express e-Collect service (Please pay the delivery person in cash upon arrival of the product)

Delivery timing:
Products will be shipped within 4 to 7 days from the order acceptance date. (If it takes longer than this, we will provide separate notification)

If no delivery date and time are specified, we will deliver as soon as possible.
* Depending on our operational status, it may take longer than four days.
* You cannot select a preferred delivery date.

In the case of delivery to remote islands, mountainous areas, or other regions that require extra time, or due to weather or traffic conditions, delivery may take longer than the estimated time provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
* We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. 

Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a product defect or an incorrect shipment by our company, we will cover the shipping costs.
For special circumstances, please be aware that the following charges will apply.

You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will be responsible for the cash on delivery handling fee.
If a refund is made to your bank account, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.

Please use one of the following courier services to return the items: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Yu-Pack (please refrain from using shipping methods that do not offer insurance for damage or loss during transit, such as non-standard mail or mail bin services).

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the item's arrival.
