After inspecting the product, we will contact you regarding the feasibility of the repair, cost, and duration.
For standard repairs, we regret to inform you that customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.
Defective Products
Our products undergo strict quality checks, but in the unlikely event that a product you purchased is defective, we will exchange it for the same product or issue a refund. We kindly ask that you prepare your receipt or invoice and contact the store where you made the purchase within one week.
